My name is Raymond Chait - a 56-year old lecturer, maimed after Dr. Rumbak removed splintered tooth-roots: unusual bleeding persisted, and my face swelled abnormally, resulting in jaws cracking with excruciating pain when I chew; I talk in gross discomfort. I have a permanent neck-erection, with muscles in constant spasm…
www.raymondchait.com gives “Expert Witness” District Surgeon’s Reports, which state: “REMOVED TOOTH-ROOTS OF CROWN, WITH DAMAGE TO TEMPERO-MANDIBULAR JOINT… MYOFACIAL PAIN & SPASM”, together with SIX (6) Doctors’ Reports, Chief Witness’s Report, Chewing Video, proving a butchered life, and that apartheid-installed structures are STILL active, to absolve guilty doctors, and to cover the lawyers who are paid to protect them…
DR. JULIAN M. RUMBAK has a negligence history, with piled-up evidence against him: I have the names and contact details of THREE (3) of Dr. Rumbak’s other victims. He remains suspect, after a series of botched mouth surgeries. Dr. Rumbak was amazed that I have never had any operations. He told me that he suffers from high blood pressure. He wanted to give me a general anaesthetic to remove my splintered tooth-roots. With pretensions to being a ‘shrink’, his report states that I am “a bachelor with psychological problems, living in a flat in Yeoville”!
JOHANNESBURG HIGH COURT CHAIT VS. RUMBAK
CASE NO. 97/020452 (10 NOVEMBER 1998), PROVES A “PURCHASED VERDICT” + AN APARTHEID-MENTALITY JUDGMENT:
JUDGE CLAASEN would not allow me to detail damage caused by Dr. Rumbak to THREE (3) other victims, which is pertinently-relevant in order to point out a track-record of negligence: in ONE (1) instance - motivated by adv. Brian Spilg - Dr. Rumbak admitted negligence.
Judge Claasen refused to permit me to demonstrate to the High Court that because of Dr. Rumbak, I chew like a donkey;
Judge Claasen shouted at me, and he sanctioned a “leading question”: when I pointed out that TWO (2) doctors were found guilty in a cover-up of the Steve Biko murder by the apartheid security-police, after FIVE (5) brazen doctors – IN THE NAME OF TRUTH - forced the case to be re-opened, adv. John Suttner asked me if “there are only FIVE (5) ‘straight’ doctors in South Africa - all the rest being ‘crooks’?”!!
Judge Claasen had no empathy for a burnt-vagina victim, where negligence was proved beyond reasonable doubt. The doctor implicated, then emigrated.
At the raced pre-trial conference at Suttner’s house, he remarked: “For a clever man, you say such stupid things”!!
CHIEF JUSTICE PIUS LANGA WARNS THAT “JUDGES CAN’T BE TRUSTED, IF THEY BOW TO POWER” (Cape Times October 7 2008).
“The judge is condemned, when the guilty is acquitted” (Publilius Syrus).
How do we force out TRUTH, and “social accountability, in the Public Interest”?
Dr. Rumbak continues enjoying carte blanche to damage further victims - untouched by the South African “dysfunctional justice system, where public confidence is sullied, because some judges allow themselves to be misused”.
MEDICAL DEFENSE UNION & MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY - doctors’ insurers, based in London - mobilise all the money necessary to financially drain and unnerve victims who take a stand. They give Deneys Reitz attorneys a directive to fight all medical negligence cases to finality, with the result that the medico-legal fraternity closes ranks to silence victims, and the conspiracy-of-silence remains uncracked in South Africa – doctors and lawyers work in cahoots!
Instead of doctors being held accountable for their negligence - which is the case in England and America – in South Africa they are instructed to deny guilt - which slots them into the ranks of cowards - to avoid meeting any claims. Victims are intimidated into silence, with reprehensible tactics…
PETER SOLLER - my lawyer – was protected by the law society at FIVE (5) bogus investigations, then struck off the attorneys’ roll by TWO (2) Judges, who state that “Soller is a danger to his clients”!
Soller sent me Death Threats, after purposely spoiling my case.
ROHAN BARRY ISAACS – Dr. Rumbak’s lawyer - violated my Human Rights; he humiliated & persecuted me, by fingering my sanity, and he disrupted my Economics Lecture: he used bully tactics and threats of ‘orders-to-compel’, forcing me to relent on my right to dignity, by submitting myself to psychiatric evaluation by his “hired gun” - Dr. David Shevel.
DR. DAVID SHEVEL was paid, and briefed, by Isaacs to concoct the required report, stating that the physical damage caused by Dr. Rumbak, is a “pre-existing condition, in my imagination” – a mental aberration - because I referred to The Truth that my Economics students achieved highest marks in South Africa on THREE (3) occasions in National C.I.S. examinations.
Dr. Shevel’s report states that I am Narcissistic - a psychiatric disorder, with delusions of grandeur!
I take extreme exception to this fingering of my sanity, because Dr. Shevel was paid by lawyer Rohan Isaacs to do so! Are these deceptive lies legally acceptable, so that Dr. Rumbak is absolved of guilt, after causing permanent PHYSICAL damage to my mouth?
The ‘right of eminent domain’ means that doctors pay the legal system all the money it takes, to bury their mistakes.
ROHAN BARRY ISAACS then intimidated my chief witness (the course co-ordinator at the college where I lectured), influencing her to use the pretext that “because her brother-in-law works at Deneys Reitz attorneys, she cannot testify on my behalf”!
Her Report states that “after oral surgery, I witnessed his face swell grotesquely… I will back his efforts to be indemnified for a career that has been ruined”. As a lawyer, Isaacs should know that witness-intimidation is a serious & criminal offence. I am told by a prominent community-member - who worked at the Wits Law Clinic - that witness-intimidation “is lawyers’ entrenched behaviour”. Is this permissible, because Isaacs is “just doing his work”?
Isaacs agreed afterwards: “God forbid” he ever experience what has happened to me.
I said that I played the piano in the Tusk Bar at The Palace at Sun City. Lawyers twisted this Truth, to reduce me to the ilk of a “skollie”-busker, stating that I play the piano “IN BARS”! This gives the impression that I amuse drunks - equating me - and my piano-playing - with that of a cheap minstrel!
Ironically, I was commissioned to play the piano for two hours at The Five Flies Restaurant, while Cape Town Judges lunched on 30 April 2009…
I was asked to “please play on”, and entertain Them for an extra hour!
ADVOCATE BERNARD DAVID, wearing a skull-cap – and liaising with old social worker May Navias, who wormed her way back, after going on pension - tried to blackmail me into evaluation at Valkenberg mental institution, using the pretext that “it would strengthen my case”!! Does this “sword of Damocles” dagger in my soul, not qualify as mental cruelty and mental torture? What does an evaluation at Valkenberg do to a person’s credibility, and to their Curriculum Vitae? Having entered the portals of Valkenberg, the next step is certification, to end my one-man war against South African medico-legal corruption!
DR. GUNTHER WINKLER was then briefed by old social worker, May Navias. Puzzled how I “remain so positive, motivated, and strong” – Dr. Winkler - to protect himself - asked me for a copy of his colleague, Dr. Shevel’s report, which states “delusions of grandeur” (see above).
Dr. Winkler then tried to get me to agree to apply for a psychiatric disability grant, on the grounds of a “delusional disorder”. He resorted to murderous tactics, to silence me with anti-psychotic drugs - Haloperidol and Benzhexol - which cause Stiffness, Shaking, and Sudden Death!
THE LAW SOCIETY’s Mr. du Plessis protected my lawyer, Peter Soller, at FIVE (5) bogus investigations, and threatened to “have me removed”, when I insisted that I state my case! Forced removals was a characteristic of the dead apartheid regime. Mr. Grobler said “it is not the law society’s fault that I appointed a ‘bad’ lawyer”!
This weak, hesitating, and accommodating law society condones defaulting lawyers, and stands accused of allowing “172 LAW FIRMS TO DEFRAUD POOR ROAD ACCIDENT VICTIMS”! (The Star 10 July 2001).
The Road Accident Fund has now run out of funds!
HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL apartheid fossils are paid to protect negligent doctors. Their credo - “guiding the professions and protecting the public” - is a misnomer! Their old chairman - Dr. Dreyer - tried to comfort me with the pretext that he also suffers pain! This council is guilty of protecting doctors implicated in the Steve Biko murder cover-up. They were forced by FIVE (5) brazen doctors - speaking out in The Name of TRUTH - to re-open the case, and mete out punitive measures to the guilty doctors. Similarly, they found Dr. Rumbak “blameless”, without showing any interest in the damage he caused to my mouth.
THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH has no control over doctors (like Dr. Rumbak) in private practice! This is “apartheid health”, where doctors in private practice are a law unto themselves, having carte blanche to do what they want - being ‘the untouchables’ - and they always get away with it!
Someone has got to break this pattern, by setting a new precedent!
HELEN ZILLE – Cape Premier - fingers President Zuma’s personal life and ridicules Youth Leader Julius Malema, but her promises to crack into private-sector corruption, was just a ruse to get votes! She ignores the grievances I left with her bodyguard, Robert Macdonald.
RELEVANT PARLIAMENTARIANS know of my medico-legal corruption allegations. They, too, have done nothing.
THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION is not interested in investigating South African medico-legal corruption!
DR. RUMBAK’S INSURERS, AND DENEYS REITZ ATTORNEYS, are the principals which condone the subversive and reprehensible conduct of its agent, lawyer ROHAN ISAACS, and are the partners jointly-and-severally liable for this fiasco!
My ability to eat and speak normally, has been stolen; my worldly assets have been stolen. Even though I am sentenced to a life of pain, caused by a doctor with a negligence history, they never succeeded in felling my sanity!
Old social worker, May Navias, never succeeded in getting me into Valkenberg mental institution!

It will take The Wisdom of Solomon, the sting of The Scorpions, the swiftness of all the Falcons and Hawks which hover over Valkenberg mental institution, and the sharp teeth of watch-dogs, to crack into the evils of medico-legal corruption in South Africa. Without a proactive, co-ordinated strategy, this cancer will spread, and become terminal…
Ms. Patricia de Lille states that “corruption is criminal - not political”. It is not legal either!
CAPE PREMIER, HELEN ZILLE, has no problem with knocking on drug-dealers’ doors, but her promises to crack private-sector corruption, have not been honoured!
I will keep on hammering my question: what is going to be done about medico-legal corruption, in the moulding of our New South Africa?

My Hero is Mr. Nelson Mandela, who was shut away for twenty-seven (27) years, because He struggled to crack apartheid: from Prisoner to President; now He is A Hero & An Icon, because HE NEVER GAVE UP…
We no longer celebrate apartheid South Africa Republic Day on 31 May, but rather New South Africa Freedom Day on April 27th, thanks to Hero and Icon, Mr. Nelson Mandela, who had the power of one man, to crack the apartheid regime, and give us this newly-won FREEDOM!
The late Ms. Helen Suzman had the enduring courage and fortitude it takes - after being castigated and ostracised in parliament - to expose the iniquities of the apartheid regime.
My research proves that apartheid injustice, health professions council & law society apartheid structures are still firmly in place to protect negligent doctors and subversive lawyers!

It is my greatest honour to place everything on the line, in order to open up a road for other victims of medico-legal malpractice, who will be silenced every time they take a stand.
When I feel my final heart-beat & take my last breath, I will ask myself if I did my very BEST to make the difference, that makes the world a better place? It is for God to decide how I fared!
This Public Alert warns fellow South Africans, and enlightens the world, that after a doctor in private practice in South Africa butchers you, an army of lawyers - friendly with an apartheid-mentality judge - tries to break your spirit. They fell all medical negligence victims who have the nerve to speak up!
I am determined to prove that the medico-legal system in South Africa currently works against the victim, and favours the negligent doctor.
I am told that if a doctor is negligent in America or England, he admits guilt and is held accountable, but this is not the case in South Africa. I ask: “why is South Africa so backwardly-different?”
The prevailing scenario in South Africa is that if a doctor damages you, the implicated doctor’s lawyers drain you financially, then pay a medical team mega-bucks to get reports which challenge your sanity, so the focus of the physical damage caused by the doctor boomerangs, and there is an entire paradigm shift, with all forces working against you; if you make a noise to make a point, it will be necessary for ‘them’ to give you poisonous drugs that may cost you your life, and ‘they’ will close ranks to try to institutionalise you, if this becomes necessary, in order to shut your mouth permanently.

· The shackles of the apartheid era have been cracked. What will it take to crack South African medico-legal corruption, and the ugly vestiges of the old regime, and the apartheid fossils still firmly ensconced, enjoying their ‘sheltered employment’?
· The Law of Compensation does not apply in South Africa, because if doctors damage any victim, their insurers based in London, give all the funding it takes - and instructions - to an army of lawyers, standing ready to pay for all the medical reports they require, in order to fight every negligence claim, until the victim of the doctor’s negligence is finally, and permanently silenced. The text-book principle of the “3-R’s” which should kick in where there is damage - “Repair, Repay, Replace” - are conveniently committed to the trashcan!
· How can a person ruin another person’s life, without suffering from a guilty conscience?
· Xenophobia also exists within the South African medico-legal fraternity: all victims of medical abuse are marginalised, ostracised, and quietened by the guilty doctor’s army of lawyers. The above negligent doctor’s three (3) previous victims were intimidated into silence. I will not be shut up! My mission is to warn and prepare the South African Public, to prevent them from being the next victims…
Only the Laws of Logic - together with SEVEN (7) Doctors’ Reports proving damage - will expedite recognising Truth: I live a life of pain, unable to talk or chew normally, after botched mouth surgery, performed by a doctor with a medical negligence history.
I reiterate: how can a court dispute the Laws of Logic, together with SEVEN (7) Doctors’ Reports validating horrific damage, after botched mouth-surgery? This is enough to prompt me to press ahead brazenly…
Alarms and sirens are pleading that parliament commission a medico-legal corruption-investigation, which is fifteen (15) years overdue: apartheid-installed law society & health professions council, are paid to protect negligent/guilty lawyers and doctors at all times, and under all conditions.
FACTS IN MY RESEARCH, COMMAND AN URGENT DISBANDING OF THESE BIASED, ARCHAIC, APARTHEID STRUCTURES…

My research is geared to
· alter an evil medical and legal course

My world is rattled. Former pleasures are now permanent pains.
Jaws cracking-clicking when I chat, chew, or yawn, and people pulling faces at me when I talk or eat - mimicking my distorted mouth - is a constant reminder to keep this vendetta alive.
A person’s mouth is who they are: my mouth is permanently broken!
I may never complete this undertaking to honour Truth. People use the Afrikaans comparison of “saddling up a very big horse”, but because daggers have been aimed at my soul and sanity, I can never renege or relent in this Crusade, proving Justice Denied, Human Rights Abuse, and vindicating my sanity.
I have become physically-challenged, after Dr. Rumbak “affected” a significant nerve – the Trigeminal Nerve - which controls muscles in my mouth and neck.

HOW DOCTORS AND LAWYERS SUPPORT EACH OTHER:
To prevent me sharing this True Torture Story with YOU, Dr. G. Winkler tried to medicate me with harmful drugs, which were meant to cause stiffness, shaking, and sudden death! When I raised this issue, his response was that if my finances permitted it, he would have prescribed other drugs, with fewer side-effects!
I advise you to read the contra-indications (side-effects), before taking any medication, to avoid irreversibly damaging your kidneys, liver, and other organs.
I have no pretensions to medical knowledge, but I do say: take medication ONLY when you experience a life-threatening condition.

My lecturing career was aborted, then my house and furniture was attached by the sheriff, in an attempt to silence me; lawyer Rohan Isaacs boasted that the court case against me would be a “walk-over”!

Sword-of Damocles tactics, which put me into this tragic financial corner, means that I say “The Kaddish” for old social worker, May Navias, because she tried to crack my spirit. Together with advocate Bernard David - wearing a skull-cap - she hoped to blackmail me into an evaluation at Valkenberg mental institution, with the pretext that it would “strengthen my case”. Sure! It would strengthen the case AGAINST me!
The Kaddish is the Jewish Prayer for The Dead, which Sir Laurence Olivier recited as Rabbi in “The Jazz Singer”, when his son, Neil Diamond, married out of the Jewish Faith.
Rabbi Moshe Silberhaft advised me to be careful my Battle does not affect my health! He said that my grievances are “personal”, and “have nothing to do with my religion”. I challenge his logic, by stating that my grievances are a Grave Public Issue, because anybody can become Dr. Rumbak’s next victimised victim; also, my grievances have everything to do with my religion, which is based on The Laws of Truth!
I AM BEING DENIED THIS TRUTH!
All the main players in this evil fiasco – motivated by money, and aiming for my demise - are members of the same religious orientation, which is based on these Sacred-Laws-of-Truth: Dr. Abraham J. Twersky is a Rabbi+Psychiatrist. He teaches us that “TRUTH+GOD are inseparable Siamese twins”!
My faith is based on “Tikkun Olam” – “healing the world”, by reducing evil: this binds me to crack into the cancer of medico-legal corruption in South Africa.

The lawyer, who may have been a student in my class, and for whom I tried my very best, will ensure that I am jailed, if he is paid enough!
I asked law students if they would stand for truth. “No Sir, we stand for money”!
Money is used to cover up guilt. All the right people are paid “hush-money”.
The poor man, is the rich man’s dog. The men with the gold, make all the rules.
SHAKESPEARE must have had an issue with lying lawyers, because Dick states “first thing we do, kill all the lawyers”! (Let’s not be quite so harsh).
Lawyers are ruled by money and are comrades out-of-court, so your lawyer will play into the negligent doctor’s lawyers’ hands, ensuring that you are financially drained.
Money leads to power, and power leads to corruption!

Every lawyer that I briefed, played a cynical “devil’s advocate”, and was interested only in the contents of my wallet, rather than representing me, after I became permanently maimed, following botched mouth-surgery. An arrogant lawyer’s advice: “If your mouth is broken, work with your hands, otherwise you will end up on the church steps”!
Steps will lead us to hell, if we do not stand for TRUTH!

STAYING ALIVE:
The tips people give for my piano-playing, have been the Biblical Crumbs that have saved me from the church-steps. I believe that The Power of Music will save the world. PEACE and LOVE will rule again, but this can only happen, once people have discarded their blinkers, so they are free to accept the TRUTH: one cannot deny the damage that one causes, which ruins other people’s lives…
Music is the highest Truth, because anyone can hear a false note!
The Steinway Piano, which ensures my tips which keeps me alive, had a broken key (B-flat). My Trigeminal Mouth-nerve, which was “affected” by the negligent doctor, is my broken “key”, which brakes my ability to speak and chew normally. It is like having a permanent neck-erection, as this muscle is in constant stiff-spasm. Instead of incredible pleasure, my life is daily pain.

I was paid well for my “hobby” – lecturing! Now I sit with a broken mouth, caused by a doctor with a negligence history.
The Bible states: “By the sweat of your brow, you will eat your bread”. It does not state that you will eat in pain, and that you will speak in discomfort. The two pleasures – chatting and chewing at a dinner-party - have been stolen from me. The tool-of-my-trade (my mouth) is broken.
A lecturer with a broken mouth, is as useless as a prostitute without a bed!
When you teach, your influence reaches out over many generations. In a way, you leave a mark on all those you have helped to mould, and who have passed through your hands…
For 21 years, I dedicated my life to teach 1000’s of students RIGHT, and to improve the quality of their lives! I can never accept lies from lawyers, and wrongs from doctors, which then means that doctors’ Hippocratic Oath becomes a Hypocritic Oath!
My Oath is to continue my battle, until I convince those who are accountable, that one must recognise the trail of damage one leaves behind!
It is also my duty to protect the General Public in a Public Awareness Campaign, because an apartheid-mentality judge has no mercy for medical negligence victims…
As victim, You get dispossessed, Your sanity is fingered; they try to pump You with poisonous drugs, then try to institutionalise You …

CASE STUDIES:
TERRY FOX, a leukemia sufferer with a gammy leg - in a Public Awareness Campaign - struggled to run across Canada. He donated all monies to charity. People took scant notice!
ERIN BROKOVICH ( a True Story, made into a movie, with Julia Roberts taking the main part) is a brazen woman, who takes on a massive company, and exposes them, in The Name of Truth… with enduring tenacity, she eventually wins!
BRYCE COURTENAY, in The Power of One, states that a person must never give up in his struggle to expose the Truth, even if it is one person against an entire army.
PROFESSOR RANDY PAUSCH, in “The Last Lecture”, urges us to live our dreams. I say that we cannot live, without recognising Truth!
KAHLIL GIBRAN teaches us that “Death is stronger than life, but Truth is stronger than Death”.
I taught Truth for 21 years. Now I am busy convincing those who refuse to listen, that its force overpowers everything.
“EMET” + “MET” are close-sounding Hebrew words which mean “TRUTH” + “DEATH”.
Without Truth, there is Death!
UBUNTU means sharing, so that we all succeed: Ubuntu, in action, implies: “I am a person, because of other people”. Interaction and co-operation creates synergy, which means that there is more for all of us. Ubuntu locks horns with greed, which promotes dog-eat-dog, win-at-all-costs competition. The horse-of-opportunity Clem Sunter speaks about - that could have been shared - is killed and cut up. The result is that everyone is doomed!
The New South Africa WILL be a success, because democracy has enabled its citizens to right the wrongs of the ”laager mentality” of apartheid: people were frightened to speak up.
DR. LEAH CHESLER - a friend of mine - is a heroine: under the most trying circumstances, she achieved her doctorate at age 66 years - on a stretcher - at the university graduation ceremony. When she was capped in red, she received a standing ovation. She was the eternal student, still busy with post-doctoral research, when she passed away.
The dean of the faculty where I was registered for a Masters Degree - with his hair unkempt, wearing a wind-breaker, and in a rush for his flight to Germany - refused to read my research proposal. He asked me if I am “out of it”? Did he ask me this, because I am 56, because I am crippled after butchered mouth surgery, and doing research for the benefit of physically-challenged people? …what did he mean? Come to think of it, he kicked me whilst I was down, and doing my best to stand up again!
I will prove that I am “in it”, Worthy, and on God’s Orders!
I will only be “out of it” when I am dead!

PEACE will prevail when TRUTH is admitted, and a road is opened for the benefit of all South Africans.
